Hello again~!
today suddenly my sister ask me~
cam ne u blaja basuh tangan kat volgo b4 treating patient??
i was like...huh???

so here the thing..
1. wash your hand and 1/2 forearm with water

2. take special soap that been provided

3. wash between your fingers, position like clapping your hand

4. wash between fingers, by positioning 1 of your palm on the back of the other hand 

5. wash your right thumb by 

making a ring shape with your other hand thumb and forefinger and put 

the right thumb inside the ring and squeeze it thru

repeat this with left thumb too~

6. wash between your nail and flesh by 

make all your left FINGERS together,

sign when you want to eat by barehand

and scrub the tip of the group-of-finger on the other palm hand

repeat this with the other hand

7. wash 1/2 of your forearm by 

make a ring shape by using your hand and insert the other one inside the ring

squeeze or rub the fore arm from wrist to middle part

8. rinse it with water

9. dry it with clean tissue or wiping towel

there are two solution one with water or just using the alcohol-fast-dry-solution

this is done before and after treating your patient~
